THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE K.C.BHANU CONTEMPT CASE NO.1764 OF 2011 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed under Section 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 to punish the respondents for their willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court, dated 2410-2011 in W.P.No.26378 of 2011.

2. Since the Writ Petition itself is disposed of, nothing survives in this Contempt Case as the Contempt Case is filed against granting of status quo order.

3. Therefore, Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Contempt Case shall stand closed.
