THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.32686 of 2011 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed challenging the action of respondents in permitting respondent No.6 for opening of classes 1 to 10 (EM) for the academic year 2011-12.

This Court by order dated 21.12.2012 directed the respondents 2, 3 and 4 not to grant or extend recognition to respondent No.6 for the next academic year unless it complies with the conditions stipulated in G.O.Ms.No.1 dated 01.01.1994. It was also directed that they shall take into account the report dated 19.07.2011 submitted by the Mandal Educational Officer, Chodavaram, Visakhapatnam. The said order was made absolute by order dated 09.11.2015. None appeared for respondent No.6.

In the circumstances, the order dated 21.12.2012 is made final order and accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
