Heard.

The grievance of the petitioner is that the Sub-Registrar, Kallur, Kurnool District, is not entertaining registration of documents presented by him relating to Plot No.1 admeasuring 106.61 sq. yards in Sy.No.320/1 of Kallur village and Mandal, Kurnool district.

The issue raised in this writ petition is squarely covered by the decision of this Court in WP No.19667 of 2013 and batch, dated 09.07.2013. Following the aforesaid judgment, the writ petition is also allowed directing the SubRegistrar, Kallur, to receive and process the documents presented by the petitioner for registration in respect of the subject land without reference to the claim by the Wakf Board. In the event the documents presented for registration are found to fulfill the requirements of the Registration Act, 1908, and the Indian Stamp Act, 1899, the Sub-Registrar, Kallur, shall complete the registration formalities and release the documents in accordance with the due procedure.
