HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No. 2176 of 2011 Order:

This Writ Petition was filed challenging the action of the respondents in interfering with the conduct of KVR Talent Search Examination-2011/Scholarship Test scheduled to be conducted on 06.02.2011 in pursuance of paper publication dated 01.02.2011 in Eenadu East Godavari and West Godavari District editions.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that nothing survives for adjudication in the Writ Petition and the matter has become infructuous.

3. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
