HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI W.P.Nos.14715 of 2015 & 15422 OF 2016 COMMON ORDER Since the issue involved in both the writ petitions is one and the same, they are heard together and disposed of by way of this common order.

While ordering notice before admission in both the writ petitions, this Court vide orders dated 21.5.2015 & 6.6.2016 directed the respondents not to interfere with the petitioners' land.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners contended that appropriate orders be passed in both the writ petitions directing the respondents not to dispossess the petitioners without following due process of law.

Learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents contended that the respondents would not interfere with the peaceful possession of the petitioners, without following due process of law.

Having considered the rival submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court is of the considered view that this writ petition can be disposed of directing the respondents not to interfere with the peaceful possession of the petitioners without following due process of law.

Accordingly, both the Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
