THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.35351 of 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of his grievance, the petitioner herein submitted representations to the respondentauthorities on 14.03.2017 and 21.04.2017, but no action has been taken so far on the said representations.

On the other hand, Sri Chatla Madhu, learned Standing Counsel, submits that if any such representations are pending consideration before the respondent-authorities, the same will be verified and appropriate orders will be passed, strictly in accordance with law.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directing the respondent-authorities to verify the representations, dated 14.03.2017 and 21.04.2017, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein and take appropriate action, or, pass appropriate Orders on the said representations, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four weeks, after giving notices to all the stakeholders.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
