HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No. 33313 of 2012 Order:

This Writ Petition was filed challenging the inaction of the third respondent in completing the enquiry in respect of issuance of community certificate under BC-E category to the eighth respondent.

2. Though counter affidavits are filed by the eighth respondent and second respondent, it is not necessary for this Court to go into the averments made in the writ petition and the counter affidavits, as the learned Government Pleader, on the basis of written instructions, submits that the District Level Scrutiny Committee could not finalize the matter in the absence of direction from the BC Commission. However, it is stated that the District Level Scrutiny Committee fixed the meeting for finalization of the case in this matter.

3. In the circumstances, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the third respondent to conduct the enquiry and complete the same in accordance with law within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. However, in the circumstances, no costs.

4. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
