THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI Civil Revision Petition No.3256 of 2011 ORDER:

This civil revision petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India by the unsuccessful petitioner/12th defendant is directed against the orders dated 12.03.2011 of the learned I Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy at L.B. Nagar passed in IA.no.2967 of 2008 in OS.no.491 of 2008 filed by the 12th defendant under Order VII Rule 11 and Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 requesting to reject the plaint. 2.

When the revision is taken up for hearing today, there is no representation for the revision petitioner. However, the learned counsel for the 1st respondent/plaintiff is present.

3. By the orders impugned, the trial Court had dismissed the aforesaid petition of the 12th defendant. The note of the Registry on a perusal would show that the suit itself was disposed of on 31.08.2015. Therefore, no cause survives for adjudication in this revision.

4. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision shall stand closed.
