THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.14444 of 2013 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioners/accused Nos.2 to 7 in Crime No.200 of 2013 on the file of the Station House Officer, Women Police Station, Begumpet (N/Z), Hyderabad.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that further proceedings are dropped against the petitioners.

In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the purpose of filing the petition has become infructuous.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
