This Civil Revision Petition is came to be filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 26.02.2016 passed by the learned II Additional Junior Civil Judge, Karimnagar, in I.A.No.2 of 2016 in O.S.No.30 of 2010, wherein and whereunder an application filed under Order XVI Rule 3 of the Code of Civil Procedure for summoning the Panchayat Secretary to speak about certain documents issued by him, was rejected on the ground that no specific details of documents are furnished.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner confined his argument and sought liberty to file better application before the lower Court with specific details of the documents. Having regard to the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the civil revision petition is disposed of directing the trial Court to consider the application, if any, made by the petitioner with all necessary information, in accordance with law, uninfluenced by the orders passed by this Court in this revision. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this revision, shall stand closed.
