This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the orders dated 14.02.2017 in I.A.No.78 of 2017 in H.M.O.P.No.46 of 2016 on the file of the Court of Senior Civil Judge, Kothapeta, East Godavari District.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the petition. To that effect, he also filed a letter dated 07.06.2018 in the Registry.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
