THE HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.19685 OF 2017 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the following relief: "to issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Mandamus declaring the respondents in not taking action against stoppage of illegal non-ISI water plants running and supplying water without bureau of Indian Standards, inspite of petitioner representations is illegal and void and opposed to Article 14, 19 & 21 of Constitution of India, and consequently to direct the respondents to take immediate steps to stop the running and supplying of water plants without obtaining proper permissions and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the prayer in the writ petition with supporting affidavit and the other material on record and also heard the learned Government Pleaders for Revenue, Civil Supplies, Home and Industries, before ordering notice to 4th respondent. 3.
It is needless to say that, even from the learned Government Pleaders submission, a duty is cast upon the respondents to consider the request of the petitioner.

Having regard to the above, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the respondents to consider the representations of the petitioner pending and pass appropriate orders, within one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, by giving notice and hearing the other stakeholders, if any. 5.
Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
