HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V. RAMASUBRAMANIAN AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. GANGA RAO WRIT PETITION No.28365 OF 2017 ORDER: (per V. Ramasubramanian, J) The petitioner has come up with the above writ petition seeking implementation of the orders of the Tribunal.

2. Heard Mr. K.R. Srinivas, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Services - I (TG).

3. Learned Government Pleader submits that in compliance with the order of the Tribunal, the Government passed an order, rejecting the claim of the petitioner and challenging the said order, the petitioner has already filed a fresh writ petition. Therefore, this writ petition is closed, as nothing survives.
