Learned Counsel for the petitioner has sought permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. He further prayed for dispensing with the presence of the petitioner before the trial Court. Permission is accorded and the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the presence of the petitioner before the trial Court is dispensed with except on the dates when his presence is specifically insisted by the trial Court. The petitioner is directed to be represented through his Counsel before the trial Court on all hearing dates.
