THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V. AFZULPURKAR WRIT PETITION No. 6655 of 2016 ORDER:- Petitioner seeks consideration of his objections filed before the Land Acquisition Officer, Sangareddy, on 23.02.2016. Petitioner states that for the land proposed to be acquired, they hold an agreement of sale and their suit for specific performance being O.S.No.144 of 2014 is pending before I Additional District Judge, Sangareddy, Medak District. Petitioner therefore filed applications raising objections for disbursement of compensation by approaching the Land Acquisition Officer on 23.02.2016. The present writ petition is filed alleging that notwithstanding the said objections the compensation may be paid to the sixth respondent.

2. Learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition submits, on instructions, that the award is not yet passed and the objections of the petitioner, referred to above, are pending with the Land Acquisition Officer and that he will consider the same.

3. In view of that, as there is no immediate threat as to disbursement and the matter is still pending at the stage of award proceedings, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition directing the fourth respondent to consider the petitioner's objections also while passing the award. With the above direction, the Writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
