THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 2539 of 2020 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed questioning the inaction of respondent No.2 - District Collector, Bhadradri-Kothagudem, in considering the representations dated 23.12.2019 and 30.01.2020 submitted by petitioners with respect to the alleged omissions and commissions of respondent No.3 - Sarpanch, Mulakalaplli Gram Panchayat, Mulakalapalli, Khammam.

Now, it transpires that respondent No.2 had acted on the representations alleged to have been submitted by the petitioners and after enquiry, he passed orders on 09.02.2020. Considering the limited scope of the relief sought by the petitioners and as the same stands granted, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed.

Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall also stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
