HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R. SUBHASH REDDY AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA WRIT PETITION No.35011 OF 2015 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice R. Subhash Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed seeking Writ of Mandamus to declare the action of respondent No.1, the State of Telangana, in not appointing President to respondent No.2, the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission for the State of Telangana, as illegal and arbitrary.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation. However, since President to the State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission for the State of Telangana is already appointed and is functioning now, cause in this writ petition has become infructuous.

Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Applications, if any, pending in this writ petition stand disposed of.
