CVNR,J & GSP,J WP.No.35171 of 2018 Dt: 04.10.2018 Judgment: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for issue of Habeas Corpus directing respondent Nos.5 and 6 to produce the petitioner's husband viz., one Ravella Ramulu @ Ramudu @ Ramaiah (for short 'the alleged detenu') before the Court and set him at liberty. At the hearing, Mr.Kolluri Arjun Chowdary, learned Counsel representing Mr.B.Siva Sankara Rao, learned Counsel for the petitioner, submitted that after filing of the Writ Petition, the alleged detenu has been released from custody and that therefore, the cause in the Writ Petition has become infructuous.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, IA.No.1 of 2018, filed by the petitioner for interim relief, is disposed of as infructuous.
