ORDER:
Inaction of respondent Nos.2 and 3 in issuing fire safety certificate to the petitioners is assailed in this writ petition. At the hearing, Mr.P.Kesava Rao, learned standing counsel for the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) appearing for respondent Nos.2 and 3, on instructions, submitted that the petitioners' application for fire safety certificate is under process and that an appropriate decision will be taken and the same will be communicated to the petitioners within a period of one week. The above submissions of the learned standing counsel are placed on record and the Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of as infructuous.
As a sequel to disposal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No.48373 of 2015 filed by the petitioners for interim relief shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
