This Criminal Revision Case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 of Cr.P.C. challenging the order dated 08.07.2016 passed in Crl.M.P.No.894 of 2015 in D.V.C.No.4 of 2008 on the file of the Court of II Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class at Khammam.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal revision case with liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law. Permission is granted.
