THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.2653 of 2017 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitutionof India, challenging the order dated 12.04.2017 passed in I.A.No.496 of 2015 in O.S.No.179 of 2013 on the file of the Court of the Senior Civil Judge, Narsapuram.

At the time of arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the Civil Revision Petition with a liberty to urge the points raised in this Civil Revision Petition, before the trial Court, at appropriate stage. Permission is accorded.

In the result, granting the liberty as sought for, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
