OROER This petition is filed seeking to return the amount of Rs.50,000/- deposited by thc pctitioner at the time of filing the W.P.No.2363l of 2015. Learned counsel for the petitioner stated that since the writ petition was disposed of by this Court vide order dated 03.01.2022, the petitioner be permitted to withdraw the said amount.
Having considered the said submission and having regard to the fact that this Court disposed of thc said Writ Petition, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.50,000/- deposited by the petitioner at the time of filing thc \\'.P.No. 23631 of 2015. Accordingly, the petition is ordered. It is needless to say that the registry shall permit the petitioner to withdraw the amounts deposited by him at the time of filing the w'rit petition.
