This writ petition is similar to W.P.No.39063 of 2015, which was disposed of on 02-12-2015.

Hence, this writ petition is also disposed of with similar directions, which reads as under:- "Since the petitioner apprehends that she will be dispossessed, it is appropriate to direct respondent No.3 to fix a date for hearing, hear the petitioner, examine the record as well as the explanation of the petitioner, and then pass a reasoned order. Till such appropriate order is passed and for a period of two weeks thereafter, if an adverse order is passed against the petitioner, she shall not be dispossessed or otherwise interfere with her possession."
