This writ petition is filed by the petitioner, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking to declare the rejection of the petitioner's lowest bid pursuant to the notice inviting tenders vide IFB No.3/8619/INNURM/Paradesipalem, in Survey No.178/VSP/2012, by the 1st respondent solely to favour the ineligible 2nd respondent, as illegal and arbitrary. 2.

Heard and perused the material available on record. 3.

It is informed by the learned counsel for the 2nd respondent that the tender process is for a period of three (3) months and during the period of that three (3) months, the 2nd respondent has completed the work as per the conditions imposed in the tender.

Having regard to the said submission and on perusal of the record, this Court is of the view that nothing survives in this writ petition for adjudication and the writ petition is liable to be dismissed as infructuous.
