THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.17666 of 2015 ORDER:

The petitioner is aggrieved by the action of the respondents in refusing to receive, register and release the document presented by him in relation to his property situated in TS.No.159/2 of Salur Village and Municipality, Vizianagaram. Refusal by the registration authority to receive documents in relation to

the land in this very same survey number fell for consideration before this Court in W.P.Nos.25611 of 2013 and 8827 of 2015.

Following the said orders and for reasons alike as are mentioned therein, this writ petition is disposed of directing the Sub-Registrar, Salur, to receive and process the document presented by the petitioner in respect of the subject land. In the event the said document is found to fulfill the requirements of the Registration Act, 1908 and the Indian Stamp Act, 1899, the Sub-Registrar shall complete the registration formalities and release the document in accordance with the due procedure.

Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs.
