THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.1237 OF 2017 ORDER:

This contempt case is filed alleging violation of the order dated 30.09.2016 passed in W.P.No.12185 of 2013. This Court disposed of the said writ petition on 30.09.2016 directing the first respondent therein to send proposals as requested by the second respondent pursuant to Memo dated 23.05.2012 and 11.01.2013 within a period of three weeks with regard to the appointment of the petitioner on compassionate grounds. Initially, when the first respondent did not comply with the order, the contempt case was admitted and thereafter, the first respondent sent the proposals. After considering the proposals sent by the first respondent, now the second respondent passed an order on 06.12.2017 rejecting the case of the petitioner. In view of the order passed by the second respondent on 06.12.2017, no further orders are warranted in the present contempt case.

The contempt case is accordingly dismissed.
