HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.4917 of 2015 ORDER :

This Criminal Petition is filed by the Petitioners/Accused Nos.1 to 3 under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings in S.C No.48 of 2015 on the file of the Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Nampally, Hyderabad, registered for the offence punishable under Section 306 r/w 34 IPC.

2) Pending disposal of the Criminal Petition, the petitioners/ accused Nos. 1 to 3 and defacto-complainant filed Crl.P.M.P. No.5044 of 2015 seeking permission of this Court to compound the offence. Both the de facto complainant and accused Nos.1 to 3 are present and stated that they have amicably settled the matter to purchase peace.

3) Accordingly, permission is accorded pursuant to the joint memo.

4) Having regard to the above, the petition is allowed and all the proceedings relating to S.C No.48 of 2015 on the file of the Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Nampally, Hyderabad, are quashed. The bail bonds of the petitioners, if any, shall stand cancelled.
