THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V. SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.4551 OF 2017 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for the following relief: "to issue any writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the official Respondents in laying the road and erecting electrical poles admeasuring acre (approximately), acquired without paying any compensation and without initiating land acquisition proceedings over the petitioner's private patta land in Survey No.
3 of Kollari village, Gudi Hathnoor Mandal, Adilabad District only to facilitate unofficial respondents is illegal, arbitrary, in violation of principles of natural justice and in violation of Articles 14, 21 and 300A of the Constitution of India, consequently direct the official respondents 1 to 5 considering the petitioner's representations dated 01-02-2016, 12-09-2016, and 19-09-2016 to pay compensation for laying the road and erecting electrical poles admeasuring 1 acre (approximately) acquired without paying any compensation and without initiating land acquisition proceedings over the petitioner's private patta land in Survey No.3 of Kollari village, Gudi Hathnoor Mandal, Adilabad District and pass."

When the matter is called, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of the grievance of
AVSS,J W.P.No.4551 of 2017 the petitioner, petitioner herein will make a fresh representation to the respondents herein and the same may be directed to be considered by the respondents as per law.
3. The said request is not opposed by the learned Government Pleader and the learned standing counsel, Sri Zakir Ali Danish, for the respondents 6 and 7. On the otherhand, it is submitted that the same will be considered in accordance with law.

In view of the circumstances stated above, this writ petition is disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits and demerits of the matter, keeping it open for the petitioner herein to make a representation afresh to the respondents, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If any such representation is made, the same be considered and appropriate action be taken in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. 5.
Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
