Learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner endorsed 'no instructions' and stating despite intimation, party has not responding having got knowledge. There is no necessity of giving any notice to the party in the factual matrix. It is despite posted under the caption 'For dismissal' and even earlier on 21.11.2016 taken time to implead the co-respondent, no steps have been taken and no representation was made.

2) Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed for default. No order as to costs.

3) Consequently, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed.
