HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.32757 of 2016 ORDER:

The case of the petitioners is that they have submitted application dated 23.07.2016 before the 5th respondent in Form 6 A for mutation of their names in revenue records and for issuance of pattedar pass books and title deeds in respect of the property admeasuring Ac.0.133⁄4 guntas, each, in Survey No.206/EE2, situated at Thallampadu Village, Khammam Rural Mandal, Khammam District. As no action is being taken on the same, present writ petition is filed. Heard both sides.

Since it is stated that application of the petitioner in Form-6A is pending before the 5th respondent, the 5th respondent is directed to dispose of the application of the petitioner dated 23.07.2016, in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the affected parties, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
