Learned Senior counsel placed before this Court the common order passed by the learned single judge, in W.P.No.37461 of 2012 & batch dated 09.03.2017 finally disposing all the writ petitions and closing all the interlocutory applications. Since the writ petitions are disposed of with directions and WPMPs are closed, petitioners cannot seek enforcement of earlier interim order.

Accordingly, the Contempt case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this contempt case shall stand closed.
