THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.35435 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development, apart from perusing the entire material available on record.

When the matter it taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that, for redressal of her grievance, petitioner herein submitted a representation on 10.08.2018 to the second respondent but no action has been taken so far.

On the other hand, it is submitted by Sri N.Praveen Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for GHMC, that, if any such representation is pending consideration as on today, the same will be verified and appropriate action will be taken/appropriate orders will be passed, strictly in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the stakeholders.

Recording the above submission, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the second respondent to verify the representation, dated 10.08.2018, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein, and take appropriate action/pass appropriate orders, strictly in accordance with law, after giving notice to all the stakeholders, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two

months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
