CVNR,J & GSP,J WP.No.35196 of 2018 Dt: 04.10.2018 Judgment: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for issue of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents to produce the petitioner's elder brother viz., Vadnala Kiran Kumar, S/o V.Satyanarayana (for short 'the alleged detenu') before the Court and set him at liberty. At the hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader representing the learned Additional Advocate-General for the State of Telangana admitted that the alleged detenu was arrested on 27.09.2018 in connection with FIR No.754 of 2018 on the file of respondent No.4- Police Station and produced before the XVI Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukatpalli, on 28-09-2018 and that on such production, the latter has remanded the alleged detenu to Judicial custody.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner has admitted the above said position.

In the light of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
