ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to set aside notice, dated 21.12.2015, of respondent No.3 issued under Section 636 of the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955 (for short 'the Act').

A perusal of the record shows that Annexure-I is thoroughly incomplete.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed, with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition with proper Annexure-I. As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, W.P.M.P.No.54511 of 2015 filed by the petitioner for interim relief shall stand dismissed as infructuous.
