01. The writ petition is disposed of directing the Executive Director to consider and dispose of revision petition dated 26-03-2014 within a period of two months. Alleging noncompliance of the said direction, this contempt case is filed.

02. Learned Standing Counsel for respondent produced proceedings issued by the Executive Director dated 18-06-2015 disposing the revision.

03. In view thereof the contempt case is closed, leaving it open to the petitioner to work out remedies as available under law, if not already challenged.

Pending miscellaneous applications shall stand closed.
