Learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the MACMA and a letter dated 19.09.2018 is filed before the Registry to that effect.

Permission is accorded and, accordingly, the MACMA is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this MACMA shall stand closed.
