When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that for reddressal of grievance petitioner herein submitted a representation on 13.12.2016 to the first respondent herein, but no action has been taken so far by the respondents in the direction of redressal of the grievance of the petitioner herein. Eventually, a request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to direct the first respondent to take appropriate action on the said representation, in accordance with law.

On the other hand, it is submitted by Sri Ancha Panduranga Rao, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent Corporation that the said representation will be verified and appropriate action will be taken as per law.

For the aforesaid reasons, without expressing any opinion on the merits and demerits of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the first respondent to verify and take appropriate action on the representation dated 13.12.2016 filed by the petitioner herein, in accordance with law.
