HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 35208 of 2018 ORDER:

1) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus, declaring the action of the second respondent in updation of the revenue records in favour of the third respondent for the land admeasuring Ac.001.11 cents in Sy.No.128 of Utukuru Village Fields, C.K.Dinne Mandal, Y.S.R. District, even though the petitioners brought to the notice of the second respondent through legal notice dated 10.08.2018 about the pendency of O.S.No.516 of 2017 filed against the third respondent, as arbitrary and illegal.

2) When the matter is taken up for hearing, the Government Pleader for Revenue (AP), on instructions, states that the entries in the revenue records in respect of the land referred to in the writ petition has been revoked on 27.09.2018 and showed it as disputed land.

3) Having regard to the above, the writ petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. _________________________ JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR 08.10.2018 gkv
