This Writ Petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is preferred by the petitioner seeking to declare the inaction of the respondents in issuing pattadar pass book and title deed in favour of the petitioner, in pursuance to the application made by her on 08.12.2015, in respect of land admeasuring Ac.0.50 cents in survey No.154/1 of Munagalapadu Village of Kurnool Mandal and District, as illegal and arbitrary.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Pleader for Revenue. With their consent the Writ Petition is disposed of at the admission stage itself. Since the application of the petitioner under Form 6A is stated to be pending before the 3rd respondent, without expressing any opinion on merits, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to dispose of said application in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
