Nakka Parvathalu v. The State Of A.P.
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE R.KANTHA RAO W.P.No.5195 of 2015
ORDER
Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Forests appearing for the respondents.
This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the 2nd and the 3rd respondents in not releasing the vehicle of the petitioner bearing No.AP 29 TB 3349-Goods Carriage HMV (lorry), as arbitrary and illegal.
While disposing of W.P.No.29542 of 2014 on 6.11.2014, learned single Judge of this Court directed the Divisional Forest Officer to consider the representation, if any, made by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders.
The grievance of the petitioner is that though he made a representation dated 21.1.2015 before the 2nd respondent, no orders have been passed thereon so far.
In the above circumstances, the 2nd respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 21.1.2015 made by the petitioner within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of
a copy of this order.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
