These two writ petitions have been filed aggrieved by nondisposal of the stay applications filed by the petitioner in the two appeals filed against proceedings No.1986/14-B1(PR) dt.25.06.2015, and proceedings No.1986/14-B1(PR), dt.06.10.2015 of respondent No.3, respectively, by respondent No.2.

At the hearing, Mr. N. Krishna Sumanth, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that his client will be satisfied if a direction is issued to respondent No.2 to dispose of the appeals on merits as expeditiously as possible.

Learned Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj (TS) submitted that on 28.12.2015 the District Collector, Nalgonda, has sent remarks to respondent No.2 and that the cases are ripe for hearing and disposal. In view of this submission, respondent No.2 is directed to dispose of the appeals filed by the petitioner within six weeks from the date of receipt of this order, after notice to the petitioner. Subject to the above directions, the writ petitions are disposed of. As a sequel to disposal of the writ petitions, W.P.M.P. No.49851 of 2015 and W.P.M.P.
