HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 35452 of 2018 ORDER:

1) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Government Pleader for Revenue. With the consent of both the parties, the writ petition is heard at the admission stage itself. 2) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the inaction of respondent No.4 in mutating the name of the petitioner in the revenue records and issuing pattadar pass books and title deed in respect of the land in Survey No.1290/ A, admeasuring Ac.0.14 gts., situated at Yelangandula village, Kothapally Mandal, Karimnagar District, inspite of submitting the prescribed Form-6(A) dated 21.09.2017, as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Article 300-A of the Constitution of India; and consequently direct respondent No.4 to mutate the name of the petitioner in the revenue records and issue pattadar pass books and title deed pertaining to the said land.

3) Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the application made by the petitioner seeking necessary entries in the revenue records. 4) The Government Pleader for Revenue submits that if the petitioner has made an application in Form-6A through online, the same will be considered in accordance with law.

5) In view of the above, the present writ petition is disposed of, directing the authorities to consider the application filed by the petitioner in Form-6(A) on 21.09.2017 and pass orders in accordance with law as early as possible, preferably, within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
