HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 35455 of 2018 ORDER:

1) Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Government Pleader for Revenue. With the consent of both the parties, the writ petition is heard at the admission stage itself. 2) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in not conducting the case No. D5/ 682/ 2018, even though revision is filed on 30.01.2018 and disposing the case, as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional.

3) Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondents to dispose of the revision filed by the petitioner on 30.01.2018.

4) The Government Pleader for Revenue submits that if three months time is granted, the authorities will deal with the revision filed by the petitioner in accordance with law. 5) In view of the above, the present writ petition is disposed of, directing the authorities to deal with the revision filed by the petitioner on 30.01.2018 and pass orders in accordance with law as early as possible, preferably, within a period of three (03) months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. No order

as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
