This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioners/ A.1, A.3, A.7 & A.8 for grant of anticipatory bail in Crime No.91 of 2018 of Vakadu Police Station, SPSR Nellore District, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 143, 148, 324, 307 read with 149 of I.P.C.

In the course of submissions, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioners/ A.1, A.3, A.7 & A.8 have not filed similar bail application before the Court of Session. Under these circumstances, it is not appropriate to deal with this application on merits by this Court. The petitioners/ A.1, A.3, A.7 & A.8 are given liberty to file similar bail application before the Court of Session, if they choose to do so.

With the above observation, this Criminal Petition is dismissed.
