When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader for Home that, on the complaint of the petitioner herein, police registered F.I.R.No.63 of 2018, on the file of the file of the Gangavaram Police Station, for the alleged offences under Section 506 IPC and Section 66 of the Information Technology Act, 2009. A copy of the same is placed on record.

In view of the above, Writ Petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
