This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief:

"For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is hereby prayed that this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate writ order or direction, more in the nature of mandamus declaring the inaction of the Respondent No. 3 in not conducting survey of our agricultural land in Sy.No. 651/ 21 in an extent of Ac. 4.00 situated in P.Mallavaram Village, Tallarevu Mandal, East Godavari District, as the same is illegal, arbitrary and violative of principles of natural justice and contrary to Chapter III of Survey and Boundaries Act and pass such other order or orders may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

At the hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the cause with which the Writ Petition is filed does not survive for adjudication.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. Pending miscellaneous petitions if any shall stand dismissed in consequence. No costs.
