Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for respondents 1 to 4 and learned Government Pleader for Cooperation for respondent No.5.

2. The present Writ Petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the inaction of respondents 3 and 4 in not acting upon the Agenda and representations in giving promotion to the petitioner to the post of Assistant Manager, as illegal and arbitrary.

3. Though various grounds are raised in the Writ Petition, learned counsel for the petitioner restricts his prayer seeking a direction to consider the representation dated 20.02.2014 submitted to the 2nd respondent-Chief Executive Officer, Guntur District Cooperative Central Bank Ltd. Guntur in accordance with law

4. Learned counsel for the respondents did not dispute the same.

5. Having regard to the same and without going into the merits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representation dated 20.02.2014 made by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, as early as possible, preferably within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
