This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner, under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to quash F.I.R.No.282 of 2012 on the file of Raidurgam Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 419 and 468 of I.P.C.

The learned Public Prosecutor representing the first respondentState submitted that after completion of investigation, the police filed charge-sheet on 22.03.2013 before the Magistrate concerned. But the present petition is filed in the year 2014 seeking to quash F.I.R.No.282 of 2012. Thus, by the date of filing of this petition, no crime was pending. In that view of the matter, no orders need be passed in this Criminal Petition, which has become infructuous. 3.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand dismissed.
