ORDER:

Alleging wilful disobedience of order, dated 10.12.2015, in WP.MP.No.51353 of 2015 in WP.No.39791 of 2015, the writ petitioners have filed this contempt case.

The grievance of the petitioners is that despite the abovementioned order granted by this Court directing respondent Nos.2 and 3 to consider the sale deeds in question under the provisions of the Registration Act, 1908 while suspending proceedings, dated 22.02.2015, addressed by respondent No.12-Devasthanam in the writ petition, the said respondents have not been receiving the documents and registering the same.

Respondent No.3 filed a counter affidavit, wherein it is inter alia stated that the petitioners have not presented any document before

him for registration so far and that as soon as they present the document, the same will be received and considered as per law. In the light of this stand taken by the respondents, the contempt case is disposed of by permitting the petitioners to present the documents for registration. If respondent No.3 does not consider the same and act in accordance with the interim order, dated 10.12.2015, in WP.MP.No.51353 of 2015, within four weeks of receipt of the documents by him, the petitioners shall be free to initiate fresh contempt proceedings against respondent Nos.2 and 3.
