ORDER

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of respondents 4 and 5 in interfering with the civil dispute and threatening the petitioner not to enter into her landed properties in Sy.Nos.583/2, 517 & house bearing No.10-71 situated in Sy.No.261 of Ravinuthala Village, Korisapadu Mandal, Prakasam District.

Learned Government Pleader for Home, based on written instructions, submits that the petitioner and the 6th respondent created law and order problem in respect of the land in Sy.No.517 in the said village and in view of the same, Cr.No.67 of 2016 was registered on 12.12.2016 for the offence punishable under Section 107 Cr.P.C against the petitioner and the 6th respondent. The Mandal Executive Magistrate, Korisapadu Mandal, bound over the petitioner as well as the 6th respondent on 13.12.2016 vide M.C.No.45 of 2016 and the same is pending. Except registration of the said crime, the police are not interfering with the civil litigation as the 6th respondent filed O.S.No.50 of 2010 on the file of Principal Civil Judge, Addanki, against the petitioner and others.

In view of the aforesaid submissions made by the learned Government Pleader based on the written instructions, no further orders are necessary in the present writ petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
